Techniseal® RG+ Concrete Adhesive is an elastomeric resin based compound that is specially formulated for the construction of concrete hardscapes. Remaining flexible, it is ideal for the construction of retaining walls. Most effective on dry surfaces, it can also be used on humid or frozen surfaces. It provides a strong bond and resists the elements (water, frost, etc.).
